Keeping member information updated is key to keeping everyone connected and serving. The member information can be easily updated by members after they login to their account.
Using Mobile App #
Editable Info in Mobile App #
Members can use the mobile app to edit basic information including the following:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Birthday
- Employer
- Job Title
- Skills
All other information must be updated using the online app.
Steps to edit info in Mobile App #
Step 1. Open mobile app.
Step 2. Click on profile icon in top left corner to open menu. In the menu, click on “My Profile”
Step 3. Click on “Edit” button to open profile information.
Step 4. Edit the information and click on “Save”
Using Online App #
Editable Info in Online App #
Members can edit all information using the online app. This includes all the basic information listed above as well as the following information:
- Family information (including connecting spouses and children, anniversaries, uploading family photo)
- Involvement information (ministry areas to choose)
- Reset/change password
Steps to edit info in Online App #
Step 1. Login to online app at http://[connect code].iserve.church.
Step 2. Once logged in, click on “My Profile” on main menu.
Step 3. Click on the three-dot icon and then “Edit”
Step 4. Once you click on “Edit” you can edit the account information. The tabs on the top allow you to click on various groupings of profile information for the account.
- Info – Basic contact information used for the member directory
- Family – Family information showing family photo and connected family. (Note: Only admins can connect spouses and children).
- Involvement – Allows the different involvement areas (ministry areas) to be selected so leaders know a member wants to be involved in that area of work. This information can be used to run involvement reports for church leaders.
- User Account – Members can change their password on this tab. (Note: Only admins can edit roles for members)
